Meister project story

A wine room made part of the architecture.

The collection deserved a defined room, but hiding it behind a solid door would remove the feature from the surrounding space.

Open black steel-and-glass double doors framing a residential wine room
01

The opening

The opening needed to create a clear threshold and support everyday access while keeping the wine display visible from outside the room.

02

The Meister approach

A balanced pair of clear-glass steel doors frames the collection. Tall rectangular pulls echo the narrow steel profiles, and the open centre keeps the composition visually quiet when both leaves are in use.

03

The finished space

The wine room feels intentionally enclosed without feeling shut away. The doors turn the collection into a view and give the entry the weight of a permanent architectural feature.
